After graduating from Ahuntsic College in Building Mechanics and the École de technologie supérieure in Construction Engineering, and gaining extensive experience with both general and specialized contractors, Guillaume Des Trois Maisons-Rose joined Dupras Ledoux in 2008.
A highly versatile engineer and exceptional manager, Guillaume quickly took on numerous responsibilities within the firm. Notably, he led the supervision department for many years. With his inspiring leadership, he has successfully overseen major projects in Quebec, such as the New Maison de Radio-Canada and the Balmoral Building, as well as internationally, including the Haiti Convention Center and the Port-au-Prince Power Plant.
Guillaume’s strong technical expertise and diverse skill set enable Dupras Ledoux to tackle a wide range of challenges, expanding into various industrial projects.
A partner in the firm since 2014, Guillaume is known for his unmatched empathy and exceptional listening skills.
In 2024, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager. In this role, Guillaume is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment. With a focus on people and the company’s core values, he ensures that each employee receives the support and resources needed to thrive.
