A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Laurent joined Dupras Ledoux in 2009. Early in his career, he had the opportunity to participate in major projects, which quickly honed his technical skills. Working closely with André Dupras, he rapidly enhanced his expertise and consolidated his know-how.
Laurent’s experience and rigor are widely recognized by many architects and contractors, who frequently seek him out for projects requiring exceptional creativity. He excels at achieving ambitious energy efficiency goals. As project manager and lead mechanical designer for notable projects such as the Ottawa Art Gallery, the Planetarium, and the Montreal Insectarium, Laurent thrives on tackling complex and bold initiatives. His versatility has also been key in the construction of numerous office buildings and high-rise towers, including L/Avenue, Maestria, and Victoria-Sur-Le-Parc.
Promoted to partner in 2014 and later to Vice President – Major Projects in 2024, Laurent is fully dedicated to managing projects that require collaborative approaches and integrated design methods. By ensuring the quality of the plans produced and attentively responding to his clients' needs and constraints, Laurent enables Dupras Ledoux to remain a benchmark for delivering high value-added services.
