After more than 25 years as president of the firm, André Dupras has recently handed over his role to James Gabriel, marking a new chapter in the company’s history. This reorganization is part of a succession strategy that has been carefully planned over the past several years. Today, we are unveiling a new leadership structure, designed to support Dupras Ledoux’s strategic ambitions, meet current market challenges, and foster the firm’s continued growth.

Guillaume Des Trois Maisons-Rose : Towards a new strategic direction

Guillaume Des Trois Maisons-Rose , now Vice President and General Manager, will play a central role in the transformation of Dupras Ledoux to support its strategic ambitions. An extremely versatile engineer, with solid experience acquired within general and specialized contractors, Guillaume joined the firm in 2008. He quickly demonstrated his skills in managing large-scale projects, both in Quebec and internationally, with notable achievements such as the Nouvelle Maison de Radio-Canada, the Balmoral Building, and the Haiti Convention Center.

As Vice President and General Manager, Guillaume will put his leadership at the service of the continued growth of Dupras Ledoux. He is committed to creating a stimulating work environment, conducive to the development of each employee, by placing people and the company's values at the heart of its management. " My goal is to ensure that each member of the team has the necessary resources to excel, thus ensuring that our clients are always served by a dedicated and competent team " says Guillaume Des Trois Maisons-Rose.

Frédéric Legentil : Making energy efficiency a central pillar

Frédéric Legentil , appointed Vice President of Energy Efficiency at Dupras Ledoux, plays a key role in the firm's strategy to strengthen its position as a leader in energy efficiency. Since starting out in 2007 as an intern, Frédéric has been passionate about technological innovation in the environmental field. He has managed a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, and has worked on iconic buildings such as the O Mile Ex and the Édifice La Presse.

“My commitment to sustainable innovation is a priority. I am determined to make energy efficiency a central focus of our services, ensuring that Dupras Ledoux remains at the forefront of environmental engineering,” says Frédéric Legentil.

Laurent Laframboise : Technical excellence at the service of major projects

Laurent Laframboise , promoted to Vice President, Major Projects, embodies the technical excellence and rigor that characterize the firm in managing complex and ambitious projects. A graduate in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Laurent joined Dupras Ledoux in 2009. His expertise is recognized in major projects such as the Ottawa Art Gallery, the Montreal Planetarium and Insectarium, as well as in the construction of high-rise towers such as L/Avenue Maestria and Victoria-Sur-Le-Parc.

« Major projects are, above all, the result of teamwork. Dupras Ledoux is proud to be an innovative partner, always at the forefront of construction technologies » say Laurent Laframboise.
