Engineer - Mechanics
Future Project Manager
You will be actively involved in the design and application of the technique for the realization of mechanical projects.
What tasks can you expect?
Participate in the production of plans and specifications
Carry out studies
Make important equipment selections
Perform load calculations
Assist the project manager in budget estimates (quantity, price request)
Communicating with suppliers
Coordinate spaces, blowing, wells, weight of equipment, ceiling drops with other professionals
Participate in professional coordination meetings, accompanied or not by the project manager
Take readings
Provide technical support to the monitoring department
Participate in work planning and supervision of technicians to ensure compliance with deliverables.
You will work under the direction and responsibility of an experienced project manager in building mechanics, in the disciplines of ventilation, heating and cooling. You will have the choice of working from our offices in Montreal or Sainte-Thérèse.
What are the prerequisites for this position?

Détenir un titre d’ingénieur.e (OIQ) ou CPI

Expériences de 1 à 5 ans en conception mécanique
What skills are sought?
Excellent communication in French, both oral and written (English, an asset);
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software;
Knowledge of Quebec construction codes, norms and standards
