Site supervisor
President
You will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, participating in the coordination of interdisciplinary work and validating the quality and compliance of electromechanical work with codes, standards and contractual requirements. You will be the main representative of Dupras Ledoux on the construction sites for which you are responsible.
What tasks and responsibilities can you expect?

Réaliser la validation d’installation par rapport aux plans et devis

Réaliser le suivi des avis de changements et ordre de changements

Réaliser les recommandations de paiement et coûts des avis de changement

S’assurer de communiquer tous les changements de programme au chargé de projet

S’assurer de communiquer aux chargés de projets les possibilités de conflits

S’assurer que l’installation répond à une faisabilité pour la maintenance des équipements

Établir les relations interdisciplinaires et assurer une bonne communication avec les intervenants internes et externes.
You will work under the direction and responsibility of the team leader in surveillance and you will collaborate directly with the project managers. You will have the choice of working from our offices in Montreal or Sainte-Thérèse, on construction sites located in the Montreal Metropolitan Area.
What are the prerequisites for this position?
Technician or engineer with site expertise in building construction
3 to 5 years of experience
Must have a vehicle
What skills are sought?
Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written (English, an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software
Good knowledge of construction sites: codes, standards, schedules, etc.
Knowledge of Procore software (an asset)
Knowledge of Quebec construction codes, norms and standards
